Clear, Cloudy, Rain, and Storm make up the normal weather cycle. Storm is the only standard state with a luck modifier.

== Special Weather ==
Thunderstorm and Dao Tempest are rare world events with dramatically increased luck: ×4 and ×8 respectively.
