Stratasoul Is one of the NPC's created for the game, They give a quest that ends up giving you a Tier 3 shovel They are located at the top of the staircase, Near the gate.
They give a quest requiring you to get 5 Aged, 5 Mutated and 1 Soveregin Supreme Herb with the reward being King's Destiny
